We get to travel up to Ft. Worth this weekend to see Trudy, Woodrow and Peyton!  Peyton’s 3rd birthday party is Saturday.  We are making the cake for the event as well.  The theme is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.  Yes, there is a new movie out so they are popular once more.  I’ll post pictures of the completed project.  We are still debating on cake vs. cupcakes of just a combination of both.  The thing that makes it hard is transporting everything up there.  A cake would travel fine but the cupcakes would most likely tip over.

I’m also excited to see Trudy pregnant.  She is due with her second child at the beginning of May.  She is having a girl this time around!!

Speaking of babies, please be in prayer for our friend Courtney and her husband Tommy.  They are set to be induced on Thursday due to her blood pressure being a bit high.  She is nervous, anxious and excited all at the same time.  Today was her last day teaching as well.  They have not found out what they are having so it will be exciting to get that news! 

Well off to wrap up for the day.  I have WW again tonight and hopefully this week I will actually see a – in front.  Going out of town so much really took a toll on me.  It is difficult to eat a salad in the car!

Well Robert’s car is paid off as of last week!    It is such a good feeling to have BOTH cars paid for!  Now it is onto school loans and the house.  That is debt I am a bit more comfortable with having because it helps us out.  Credit Card and Cars is debt I didn’t like having at all!  We are doing a lot better with not spending as much and it is a great feeling.  Especially knowing that when we have kids, I’d like to have to option of staying home at least part time.

The wedding was great.  God really blessed Stephen and Amy with BEAUTIFUL weather!  I hear it was rainy all weekend in Houston.  Please do be praying for Amy’s Mom Linda.  When we got to the rehearsal lunch on Saturday, she missed the last 2 steps and fell and broke her leg.  They wanted to do surgery but she refused since that would mean missing the wedding on Sunday.  I believe she was going to be having surgery today so please pray that everything heals well.  She was in great spirits considering everything going on. 

Well off to Weight Watchers.  Hopefully I do ok since we have been out of town so much recently.

Our good friend Stephen is getting married to a wonderful lady named Amy this Sunday evening!  Stephen is a friend of ours from High School and Robert is a groomsman in the wedding.  Please pray for the weather to be nice since it is an outdoor wedding.  Also pray for both of them as they join in a lifelong commitment to each other and safe travel for everyone involved.  I’ll post pictures next week hopefully. 

We are leaving soon to head up there.  I get to go spend the night at my Grandfather’s house in south Austin.  Hopefully the traffic and weather will cooperate for me as I travel all the way through Austin.

Well yesterday I had a case of the stomach virus!  I don’t know where I got it from but I have heard it is going around so I am not surprised I got it.  All I know is that it was horrible!

Robert stayed home from work with me and he was such a wonderful husband!  Even if he did force me to eat and drink some :o)  Hopefully he won’t catch it.

Now if I could get my energy back, things would be better.  I’m heading out from work soon before the rain starts up again.
