Our 6th Anniversary!
Robert and I celebrated our 6th Anniversary on 7/13/07. Yep, 6 years ago on a Friday the 13th we got married. It has been 6 wonderful years! We went to Chabucca’s Steak and Rotisserie to celebrate. They served LOTS of meat! Robert was in heaven!!

We went and saw Spamalot with Brian and Ann-Marie. It was a good show but that was about all of Monty Python I could handle at one time!
Here we are at their wedding on 7/7/07. Robert was a groomsman.
At our wedding, Robert had a Longhorn cake and the Aggies got a picture with their rings over it. At Brian’s wedding Robert and another Longhorn put Horns over his Aggie cake.
Going to Astros games is one of our favorite things during the Summer.
Somehow we didn’t get any pictures of just the two of us at the wedding. Our friend Aamir has some that I will have to get from him.
By the way, if anyone has a Facebook, let me know. I’d love to add you as my friend. I like Facebook MUCH better than Myspace. Less junk!! If you want a Facebook account, you don’t have to belong to a specific network anymore. I think you can just sign up.
We have been busy watching a lot of movies. Last week we saw Harry Potter and Evan Almighty. Both good movies and no I haven’t read any of the books and I still understood it based on the other movies.
Man I didn’t realize it had been so long since I updated. Here are some of the highlights since the end of June.
Gus Pierro was born at the end of the month. He sure is a cutie! We got to see him when we went over on July 4th for Taco Night. Congrats to Hannah and Andrew! They are great parents for a great boy. He make the BEST faces too!
July 4th it rained most of the day so all we did was hang around the house and go to eat Taco’s that night. We also called majority of our family.
July 5th we received word that Robert’s cousin Caila had died in a car accident that night. She was driving home and lost control of her car and flipped. She was only 16 and was going to be a Senior this next school year. We were planning to go up for her High School Graduation. Caila was a sweet girl and we will miss her. We had just spoken to her family on the 4th when we called.
July 6-7th weekend was our good friend Brian’s wedding. Robert was a groomsman in the wedding and he sure looked Schnazzy! The rehearsal dinner was catered by Freebirds and held at his aunts house. The weather turned out to be awesome for the weekend’s activities. As much as it had been raining we were concerned that might mess up the weekend. The wedding was beautiful and it was great to meet some of their friends from college that we had heard so much about. Our friend Aamir was also a groomsman in the wedding. He lives in California now so it was great to catch up with him. We miss him but he is having a great time in CA. Thanks to Facebook we are able to keep up.
July 13 (TODAY) is our 6th Wedding Anniversary. I can’t believe it has been 6 years already! It has flown by. I look forward to spending the rest of my life with Robert. He is going to be a great Daddy like he is a great husband.
Congrats go to KC and David Cummins on the birth of their first boy Clay Cadence Radley. Clay joins his older sisters Audrey and Beverly. We can’t wait to meet him in person!
